Who We Serve
We work with children under 3 years old who have developmental delays or a diagnosed condition that affects their development. Every child we meet deserves support, understanding, and the chance to grow at their own pace.
We provide Early Intervention (EI), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (SP/SLP), and developmental groups to help children build important skills while also supporting the families who love and care for them.
Our Non-Profit Mission
Our nonprofit exists because every child deserves access to services, no matter their situation. We believe in helping children in every way possible—socially, emotionally, physically, and developmentally. But we also believe in helping families, because when families feel supported, children thrive.
Through community donations, partnerships, and programs like Toys for Tots, our nonprofit helps us:
- Provide toys, sensory items, and developmental materials
- Support families facing financial or emotional stress
- Offer extra resources that many families cannot access on their own
- Bring hope, joy, and stability to children during critical years of growth
- Provide community outings and events that bring families together, build connection, and create a supportive network

As a nonprofit organization, Rise & Shine is dedicated to breaking down barriers and ensuring that all families—regardless of income, background, or circumstances—can access critical services for their children. We are committed to providing comprehensive support through high-quality Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Speech Therapy (SP), and Early Intervention (EI) services.
Beyond developmental support, our vision includes helping families meet their most basic needs, such as diapers, formula, food, clothing, and housing assistance. We believe that a child’s well-being is deeply connected to the well-being of their family. That’s why we advocate for a holistic and equitable approach that nurtures both children and caregivers.
